RB785344459CN is still in Beijing. Beijing airport has serious delay since early Sep due to lack of airline space and upgraded length security check. If parcel has forbidden item such as battery, chemical etc, airline may even reject it without notice.

38 days is normal, many people has been waiting since Aug 27. You can check other people's post in this website. All the complaints are for Beijing parcels.
