your parcel can not pass security check. you should open dispute to paypal or aliexpress asap.

Thanks a lot for your replay, but seller would not like to contact me.I've paid money staright from my bank card What should I do in this case?
But it is really strange - the custom service scan is later than security one.What does this mean?

OK Could you send any notice about returning the parcel to the shipper pls?The seller would like to refund money, cause they said I should still wait for the parcel (2 months)
