Hi, question from my side. I have ordered shoes from a seller and he send me this tracking number - RH183614418CN. Since 18 April there is no progress on the delivery.
Here is the shipping history:

Parcels shipped in April to Bulgaria have serious delay in some airport outside china. You should ask seller extend buyer protection or open dispute and claim refund.

shipping to Bulgaria is slow and you can not know status and location after it left China. You should open dispute and claim refund from ebay.

if status keep repeating in same place, normally this means the parcel has problem to pass safety/customs check. you should open dispute for non-arrival parcel.
