Hello
I purchased some items from an online store located in china. On the 25th of January 2014 I was provided with this tracking number - RC493282378CN but I am not getting any information.

RC493282378CN is fake number. Shipper has not sent it to China Post.

Thank you for getting back to my message. I emailed the online store asking about the whereabouts (store has good feedback) and was told it could be delayed because of the Chinese new year. I will give it until next weekend. Thank again :)

I have the same problem with RB226245575CN - 27th of January, no one help me, seller no responce, here too, but i dont think you can trust the seller. It is a long time, they have a hollidays 1 week, and if he send it, on china post must be some record. So I open dispute today, he have 5 days to tell me what is wrong, or I get my money back and do new order with someone alse.

RB226245575CN is a fake number. you should contact paypal or aliexpress and open dispute for refund.

I just tried my tracking again and I am now getting information on my package. I think due to the Chinese new year/spring festival orders/shipping have took longer to process.

I have a problem with a package. i first got the trackingnumber LN282052268CN wich gave me no results, and now i got the trackingnumber LN299868090CN from the company. But i still get no results when i search my package. Can you please give me an update?

you may wait two more days and track it again in http://track-chinapost.com/starteub.php. if still no result , open a dispute and claim refund.

Hello,
I have problem with this tracking numbers RB955473645CN, it's been more than three months and nothing ... I see that my order will be delivered to the France. Why? I want my order to be delivered in Sofia, Bulgaria. I asked seller,and he said that, is maybe lost.

Please, can you re-check what's going on?
