Can you tell me what happens with packages stuck at customs?
How long do they stay there and in which city is the customs for my package RB900411898CN?
Is it still in China now? Can you please check?

your parcel has something not allowed by customs(battery,liquid etc), that is why it stuck there. your goods will be returned to shipper in future. open a dispute and claim refund from paypal asap.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows " the parcel has not been received by China Post". Obviously your seller never shipped such parcel. IT IS FAKE!
you should open a dispute to paypal and claim refund immediately.

Can you track my parcel RB955473591CN?
It just says "Received by China Post" and "Location 35111701".
Also, the actual destination country is Belgium, not France.

35111701 is code for a China Post branch. the parcel FINAL destination is FRANCE. so i believe your shipper printed wrong address in the parcel or gave you a wrong tracking number.

To China post volunteer: (regarding package RB900411898CN)
He says that I will get the refund when the watches are sent back to him.
He says that maybe the reason that they are holding it there at Customs is because I have to pay customs tax? Is this normal and how much is this and how do I do that? Will I get a guarantee that it will be released from Customs and sent to me??
