I have problem too. China post says 'try again later waiting for info' number 281730394133.
The item was falsely listed as in Australia when it is in China. ETA was given as 16-22 but seller says no ETA because China Post 'sometimes fast sometimes slow'. I would not have bought it if I had known.

RS696469854NL is netherland post tracking number. track it in Netherlands Post website.

I should have received my package by 26. of April. However when I track it, it still says that it left Guangzhou Airport. Any help would be nice!

your parcel has left china. parcel status will not change when it is outside of china. you need some patient.

How come it is from Netherland, I placed the order from a Chinese website and should be delivered to Saudi Arabia??!!

If your item has battery inside, some China seller will use Netherlands Post to ship the goods. Parcel will be sent from China to Netherlands first, then transit from Netherlands to other countries. You can google Netherlands Post website.

RS597429448CN has left china. As none will scan the parcel when parcel is outside china, you can not know exact location at this moment. Based on our user reports, parcel to germany normally will travel about 2 to 6 weeks, you need wait some more time.
