I have not received all items from the order 12173/ 10.03.2019 . There are two tracking numbers for the order - RV845455919CN / 21.03.2019 and RU026529798CN / 16.05.2019.
I've received the item only from the second tracking number RU026529798CN / 16.05.2019. For the first tracking number RV845455919CN / 21.03.2019 the last event is from 30/03/2019.
Could you tell me when I will receive the items of the tracking number RV845455919CN?

RV845455919CN should be seriously delayed. Sometimes parcel to Bulgaria can take up to 80 days.

I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get it by Jun 7. open dispute for lost parcel refund.
