Hi I wonder if someone could help me.

My tracking number ( LX279021756CN ) has not updated since the 28/02/17. I have ordered things from China before and it has never taken this long for things by ePacket to get here to the UK. The seller says that I need to wait longer and is not being very helpful. Has my order left china yet ?

the parcel should be delayed in China. wait one more week, if you can not get it, you need open dispute to seller for non-arrival parcel.

Thanks for your advice.

The tracking has still not updated and I think my order must be loss as there is no record of it even leaving china.

Hi, it has now been a week and still my tracking number has not updated. I don't understand what has happend to my order.

Would you recommend I open a case against the seller now ?
