I havent received my parcels and I am starting to get worried.

The first one RS428869821CN
This left China a week ago and no update since then

The second one RS410111483CN
This one is stuck in a post office

Please let me know when I should expect my parcels or if I should just get a refund.

it is quite common that parcel status updating is slow or even no updating especially after parcel left china. so no need worry, these 2 parcels still on the way.
