Post Parcel to China stuck at "Export customs cleared" status

Sent package to China almost 3 months ago.
The package stuck at Guangzhou with the status "Export customs cleared" from the end of August.
RR810924894IL
Any ideas about what it may be?

RR810924894IL was rejected by receiver and now is on the way back to Israel. It might take surface mail from china to your country which will take about 2 to 6 months to arrive.

Can you provide me any visual prove about the fact it was rejected please? Screenshot or something I can use?

The receiver claims he has never received the package. It's different from "rejected".
I'm not able to see the "rejection status" in any tracking site.

The package was sent as a return of malfunctioning part to be refunded. It's really important to me.

You can not get such visual prove. if you need refund, you can tell aliexpress that you have shipped back the parcel to seller but he refuse to accept it. the reject status in the tracking result can be the proof to escalate the dispute and claim compensation.
