Post Parcel still on route to the UK?

Hello there. I'm wondering can anyone help me? My parcel has been 'on route' to the UK for 11 days now. Is the plane doing circles?

RT435410483HK - That's my tracking number.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Royalmail website shows This item RT435410483HK has been received at LANGLEY HWDC, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on Aug 6.

You need contact your local Royal Mail office to pickup the parcel.
