Post Parcel sent from China / Arrived in CHINA???

I sent 4 parcels from Guanghzou 50 days ago for France to me by surface.
I checked the tracking number and 2 parcels writen arrived to Guangzhou : CP343642124CN

2018-02-28 16:21:31.0 Guangzhou city 荔湾区西堤post dept. shipping center received
2018-02-28 16:42:52.0 Guangzhou city 荔湾区西堤post dept. center customs scan
2018-02-28 18:19:39.0 已leaving Guangzhou city 荔湾区西堤post dept. shipping center
2018-03-01 00:46:01.0 Guangzhou export security scan
2018-03-01 15:14:50.0 Guangzhou center import customs cleared (domestic transit )
2018-04-07 14:50:34.0 Guangzhou center import customs cleared (domestic transit )
2018-04-08 13:15:35.0 arrive Guangzhou city 荔湾区西堤post dept. center

Doy you know what's happened?
I would like to contact China post but I can't find email for contact them.

the parcel was rejected by guangzhou customs. not sure the reject reason. If you have friend in Guangzhou, you need ask your friend go to original post office to pickup the parcel.
