Post Parcel got customs clearence, shipped by air, then got customs clearence again?

I bought a mouse on AliExpress at 28/12/2017. Everything was alright until it got it's first customs clearence, then there was no update, then 5 days later tracking said it arrived at center then got send abroad by air. However the next day, tracking said it got checked and got a customs clearence again at the same center. I'm baffled. How a parcel can get send by air and then get a customs clearence again? What this means for my parcel?

Note: Also, PTT (Turkey Post) says EDI-received twice, one at 02/01/2018 and one at 08/01/2018.

It's not unusual for this to happen when there is a shortage of airline space for shipping parcels. As I understand it, the parcel is given to the airline for transit, but there is no room, so it's given back to China Post to try again.

Understood, is it possible to get an estimate of when it will be given back to airline again?

It should already have been given back to the airline again, even though the tracking status doesn't explicitly say that. The last tracking status in China isn't always "sent to airline"; basically any status suggesting departure (eg “Export Security Scan”, “Export Customs Cleared”, "sent to overseas", etc) followed by a long period of no updates usually means that the item has left China.

How long will China Post parcel arrive my country? How long will my tracking status be updated?

Thanks a lot for the info and quick responses. I will keep this place updated in case something new happens. :) I will be waiting for my parcel patiently till that.
