RZ124662806GB - arrived in Beijing on 2017-02-08 according to tracking, website http://www.track-chinapost.com/track.php?code=RZ124662806GB

last message says 望京投递部, 已妥投 which translated to Wangjing delivery unit? But my recipient cannot locate. Any help please?

1. Are you a seller or just returning an article to the seller.

2. Ask Royal Mail to investigate because the recipient is saying that he never receive the parcel.

Hi, I am sending a gift to my friend in Beijing. I have contacted Royal Mail already, they cannot provide further updates, they said only China Post can. I am worried the package is somehow lost since arriving in beijing on 2017-02-08 :(

2017-02-08 08:59:50.0 望京 Delivery Office attempt delivery

2. The parcel was deliver by China Post according to the above tracking.

3. Another tracking is saying this:

4. If your friend did not get the parcel then you might forget it or he can go to the China Post Office to find out more about the parcel.
