Where is my package? It takes 3 months to be delivered to the destination. Please tell me where my package is and how long it will take to get to the destination. It's a lot of time.

RF125558518ES is the tracking number for an item from Spain, to China. It left Madrid in early November and was delivered in China on 26 November 2017.

but it has not yet reached his destination, where is my package? I do not know anything about it since November 26, 2 months ago ...
Is it in a warehouse? Have you lost it?

Are you receiver? If you did not get the parcel , go to China Post office in Shenzhen ( 投递南油 office) and inquiry delivery detail.

I am not the receiver, the package contains a mobile phone that has to be repaired in China and sent back to Spain. In the repair company says that there has not arrived yet and it has been almost 3 months

It was delivered to somebody. The repair company should call China Post at 11185 and ask where the item was delivered.

If the repair company still says they can't find your parcel, you should contact Correos Spain and open an inquiry with them, so they can try and find out where your parcel was delivered to.

I haven't delivered it to anybody, China Post has. If you want to call them and ask them yourself, their phone number is +86 10 11185. I hope you speak Mandarin well.

I do not think that I have to be the one to call, my product should be locatable and at its destination, or at least, that they give me an exact answer of where it is
