Hi,

I ordered something from a shop back in October but received nothing so far. The tracking number is CP369397338CN.
I can't even tell if the package left China or not. The seller told me twice he'll check the whereabouts of the package, but I have not received an answer so far.
Anybody know what might be the problem here? Thank you.

This kind of parcel starting with CP is called air/sea combined parcel. It is a very slow parcel. Normally it will arrive Germany in 4 to 6 weeks. If the parcel weight is over 2kgs, it can take up to half year to arrive.
