Is normal for my packet to stay so long until it comes?

This is my tracking number Lz186546411cn it was supposed to be delivered to my post office yesterday but is in a different province not even close to where I live

canada post website shows it was delivered in RALEIGH. If this is not your city, you should open dispute to seller for wrong delivery.
