Post Package from DE to CY - Customs clearance

Hi,
I am expecting a package sent from Germany to me in Beijing. Its status in the tracking system has been the same since January 18: "Beijing center import customs cleared (domestic transit )".
I assumed this means that the parcel is with a delivery person and will arrive at my address the next day or two days later. However, I just called your service center to confirm this, and your colleague there said that my package had in fact not been cleared by customs yet and that I should have received a notification from customs to provide additional information. I haven't received such a notification, and there seems to be a problem with the phone number of the customs office she gave me (my calls do not go through).
Could you help me find out what is going on? Do I need to contact the customs office and provide additional data?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CY512294362DE shows the parcel arrived China Post Beijing office on Jan 17. It seems to have delivery problem(normally it will be delivered in about 3 days).

Please call china post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.
