Post Package appears stuck in Guangzhou

Hello,

I am waiting for a package wich was sent on 24/11 and has not moved from the sorting center in Guangzhou since 26/11.
The tracking number is LM295963033CN.
Is it possible that it has already left China and the tracking cannot be updated in France ? Or would you say it is lost ?

Similar issue here. Mine has been stuck in the same place since 30th November and not appeared on the Royal Mail tracking in the UK

Same here mine has been stuck in Guangzhou since 26/11 and not appeared on the Royal Mail tracking in the UK. I know it is a busy period but is this normal as it is EMS epacket. Tracking is LM301538412CN

Seems to be a real issue at the moment. Most things I order from China are here in about 10 days to 2 weeks. First time I have had this issue but it does appear that a significant number of people are in the same boat. Guessing there are problems in China

😮 Same here!! I been waiting for that package since November 24th.. I WILL never order any online from that aliexpress, other stores online again. :(

For anyone interested, I called the french post customer service and they told me the parcel arrived in France on the 6/12 and will get out of customs next week. Apparently they change the tracking number upon arriving or something.
If it's true then maybe all your parcels are on their way too, let's not loose hope. If your country's post has a number you can call maybe give it a try ?

Anyway, for french people reading this : call 3631 then if your tracking number starts with L your parcel is actually a letter so choose option 2 then 5 and you should get someone on the phone. Hope this can help.

There might be hope for me yet then as my parcel has said item held at Outward Office of Exchange (Whatever that means as I have had had so many different explanations about this) since 27th of November and Royal Mail Seem to have no updates Under this tracking number LM313070799CN so I don’t know if it left China or not.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LM313070799CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to UK on Nov 26.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and royal mail system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in UK). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until royal mail gets the parcel from customs. Then royal mail website will show its new status with UK location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.

Thanks for the answer but one of the other moderators said it had a problem passing export customs, Is this right or might I still receive it, Any help with this would be great as It would of thought it would of updated to say it had departed customs but it still says held, Is this normal ??
