Greeting.
I bought item 30.12.2018. tracking number received 04.01.2019.
There is no notification on any tracking service, the only notice I received from the vendor is the following:
it might not be up to date since it's just sent out not long ago
Please if it's not a check problem.

This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

If you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.

Today I got the seller's response:

Since I bought item 30.12.2018. tracking number received 04.01.2019. I have no idea what to do anymore.
When I go to open a dispute on ebay, I get the following:
It looks like the item is on its way and should arrive by Feb 26, 2019. If you do not receive it by then, please contact the seller or come back to us so we can help you.
When I go to the tracking bicycle I get the following:
This number can not be found at this moment. It's not available in the carrier's system yet.
How much longer to wait?
Regardless of what it says:
It looks like the item is on its way and should arrive by Feb 26, 2019.
The tracking number should be already active and visible, right?

LF470617073CN still shows no record. Your seller has not shipped anything yet. You can push seller again. Tell him you can give him another 3 days, if you can not get real tracking result in next 3 days, you will leave him bad feedback and then open dispute to ebay.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows your seller finally shipped the parcel on Jan 9. It is on the way to USA. You should get it in 10 to 20 business days.
