Hello out there,

if I check the information here: http://trackitonline.org/?tn=LM048164706CN
It says, that it left China.

If i check the french site La Poste:
It says that, it is already departed and on the way to Germany.

What is right of them?

1. If I'm not mistaken all DHL packet will go to their central transit area in Germany then to the country of destination.

1. Maybe a mistake of China Post, that is why he parcel is going to France or could have been the fastest way to have the parcel sent to Germany (transfer by France).

2. Have you contacted the seller to make sure he gave you the right tracking number. Did he write your address correctly on the parcel.

OK thats 1 problem but the other problem is, that it did not change status since 8 days. :(

1. Most of the time status will not change unless the parcel are scan. But this does not mean that the parcel is not traveling to a destination.

2. Where you able to contact the seller and tell him about the parcel going to France instead of Germany.

2. I'm almost sure if the parcel went to France by error it will be sent back to China Post, so it will take longer to arrive. What is seller telling you about the parcel.

2. Also the tracking is only saying in transit to:
2016-07-30 14:54 Erftstadt-Lechenich (DE), In transit.

3. As far as I'm concern your parcel is not in Germany yet.
