Hello Chinapost Forum!
I ordered a replacement display at TVC-Mall, but there is no tracking update since 29.1. Is this normal? I hope the Order isn't lost, I really need it. Tracking number is: LF481516504CN

The last update was "sent to airline" in dongguan city. (29.1.)
DHL says: "We expect your shipment data soon. Please note, however, that we will not be able to provide information on shipments until the shipper has submitted the shipment or the shipment data to us." Do you think it is lost?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LF481516504CN shows the number was sent to airline on Jan 29.
China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Sent to airline does not mean you will get the parcel very soon. China just finishes Chinese New Year holiday in past 2 weeks. there might be some delay. So you need wait another 2 to 4 weeks to get the parcel in Germany.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
