Hi,

I was in China in July and sent a package to myself in Malta from Beijing, with some gifts, clothes, a camera, etc. I've received nothing. The info below indicates it was sent to the airmail company on the 27th of July...and no info after that.

Can anyone help?!

My number is CP268107252CN.

if the parcel is over 2 KG, most of the journey will by ship not air. It might travel about 2 to 6 months to reach your country. Please be patient.

Yes it was 4kg... And OK I will wait...But I think after 6 months I lose consumer protection won't be able to track it any longer, as I've read elsewhere ? There is nothing to do except wait?

if your buyer protection is expiring, you need ask seller extend the protection. Otherwise open dispute for refund.

Can China Post track parcels over 6 months after they are sent?

yes. surface parcel can take half year to arrive.

Hi, it has still not arrived....
Package over 4kg, but info says it was sent by air....

sent to airline is the from beijing to sea port. Then it will transit to ship(normally it should go to Japan or Hong Kong to catch ship to Europe). surface parcel is very very very very slow. you need some patient.

Still no package and no update :(
Any recommendations? Or still just wait and hope? It's been 9 and a half months.
