1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number. You need to wait up to 10 days before you can open a dispute about your parcel.

2. Personally I had a parcel sent by E Packet and it took 9 days before showing up into the China Post system. Like you I was worry about the seller not sending the parcel but everything was OK.

Hi there,
I would wait a few more days (up to 10 days in total), if there is still no tracking record, neither seller does not respond I would claim for refund. Even though there is no tracking record yet, according to this website parcel has been sent via EMS:
