Post no more news from the tracking system

Hello!
I m waiting for a package, the tracking number is CP287484693CN
The tracking system didnt move since a very long time:

Wed, Nov 30, 2016 14:15
[Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou] have been exported directly

Can you help me please?

2. Did ever anybody told you what was a CP parcel. Here is the definition:

The number starts with “CP” and ends with “CN”, i.e. CP123456789CN
This is China Post registered surface mail. Normally it is much slower than airmail and might take up to 6 months to arrive.

3. I would not be surprise that your parcel was delayed because of the Holiday Season.

4. If you want you could contact your seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel.

I am unable to track, even using the trackimg number I have been given on a certain item. This item is now late and I have tried every way to find it I can but it always receives an error code from sender Isreal post. Maybe you can help or at least point me in the right direction.......SY10802219288. I'm having a hard time even tracking down the prefix SY on the tracking code. I stumbled across Isreal post, which I'm not even sure is correct and I have run it through 3 different multi search sites but when I put in the tracking number it says awaiting additional info from sender, but it never returns info. Has it changed, maybe a typo? Not sure but I'm not finding it anywhere

Hello and thank you for your answers
I really think that there is a problem with the shipement, I ve searched other exemples on google:
After the step "Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared" the next step is "arrive Guangzhou Airport" and it s usually within 1 to 3 days.
In my case ther is no more news since almost 2 month

I'm having the same issue too! My tracking number is LT714927712CN and I haven't received any information. Can anyone please help me?
