Good morning / afternoon.

I was provided with an EMS Tracking number by Gearbest on 22nd March and the status hasn't changed since March 23rd. Is this normal for an Express Service to the UK?

My Tracking Number is: EA142701024CN.

The current status shows: 23/03/2017 03:58 Departed from export office Guangzhou

Any assistance you can give me would be appreciated.

one week no updating is normal. I suggest wait one more week and track again.

Hi. Thank you, but where is my parcel likely to be and what is the estimated delivery time of an Express Parcel. I would have expected it to be delivered after 5-7 business days.
