Post No continued tracking since 26.9. - where is the parcel??

Could you pls help me with your experience?

I am waiting for a parcel from china RK828697019CN.
The tracking stops at Sep 26, 2017 at 07:31 am.

It shows, that the parcel left china at Sep 25, 2017 at 04:35 am (send item abroad), but it never arrived in greece!? The following entries are still in china (china post) - not in greece with ELTA Hellenic Post!
The adressee is in greece.

What is going on there?
The sender said, he informed china post, but...nothing happened.

Any explanation??

shipping time from china to Greece might take 2 to 6 weeks. your can not see new status until Greece customs releases the parcel to Greece Post(ELTA). please be patient.

Would you pls be so kind, to explain the trackings to me?
As I wrote, it left china at Sep 25, 2017 at 04:35 - what do the following entries mean???
