I need help. i ordered items from china to germany. its been almost 2 months now and i have not received my order, can someone please help me.

Tracking number RO219699721CN

The chinapost tracking system says that my package arrived at frankfurt germany on 14th jan 2016 and until now i have not seen any updates.

Does this mean that my package is really in germany and is held up by customs or the buyer hasnt done any shipping yet. I tried to open dispute and extend Purchase Protection but the buyer seems to ignore it.

please help if anyone have experience

The parcel is in Germany. you should contact German Post to inquiry parcel detail. If they can not find the parcel, it should be lost and you should escalate the dispute.

How do i contact german post if i dont even have the new german tracking number? Or will it help using the tracking number from china post? Sorry i dont have experiece in this and i dont know how to start tracking my parcel in germany....
