hi guys, my parcel has been stuck in the final customs for 3 weeks now.
Is there anyway to find out why
2019-09-0511:56:00[UK] has received theUK
2019-09-0703:12:00leave [Lanli]Langley
03:12:00left the overseas export interchange bureauLangley
05:10:00[Lanli] has been exported directly toLangley
2019-09-1010:21:17sent to the import customsBeijing
13:44:06Import CustomsReleased toBeijing
18:09:06arrived at [International Mail Transfer Department] (transfer)Beijing
19:49:48has been handed over to the airline to transportBeijing
2019-09-1202:02:04leave [Huangcun Station], next stop [Guangdong Air Mail Processing Center] (transfer)Beijing
2019-09-1413:31:41sent to the import customsGuangzhou City

Any help would be greatly appreciated

It seems your parcel arrived Guangzhou customs on Sep 14 but disappeared since then. You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 ,try to pay duty and pickup the parcel from China Post Guangzhou head office.

unfortunately 11185 only support Mandarin, no English.
