Happy new year!
Looks like my parcel: CO820230279DE no any status update.
It arrival to customer at 1/14/2019 and current status is: Shanghai city attempt delivery
But I am not get any messages by now.

Could you please help to check if there are anything wrong?

CO820230279DE seems to have delivery problem. You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel from China Post Shanghai branch.
