Hi,

I order with a VIP shipping (4-7) Days and it hasn't arrived yet.
Got a mail the 9 july that the order was on the way.
That 15 Days an in business Days it's 11 Days.

My question is where is it and when can i hope that it'll arrive?

LL548458791CN is ePacket which can take 2 to 4 weeks to reach Sweden. Your seller's '4-7 days VIP' shipping promise is misleading. Your parcel was actually shipped on Jul 20, so you should get it in mid August.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you can file complaint for misleading shipping promise and claim compensation from seller.

If i paid with my card, is it harder then to claim compensation?

And when i mail them, according to their Contact mail..it seems like it doesn't come forward.
Have you Heard anything suspicious with the site http://beautifiy.com/ ? Seems impossible to reach them.

Thank you for answering, at least i know when it will actually arrive.

Hi again,

Checked their site for tracking: http://t.track-chinapost.com/en#nums=LL548458791CN

I Think it's were you find out about it, still hanging up on the line:
"Sweden, The shipment item has arrived at the country of destination."
That feels like i should get it sooner, or am i just misreading it badly?

Sweden Post website shows LL548458791CN just arrived Sweden . You need call your local Sweden Post for delivery detail. Normally it should be delivered in 2 to 3 days.
