Hi China Post,

I've ordered a package from Rebel Kate in the beginning July. When I tracked my order on track-china post website, it says that my item wrongly directed on 4 Aug 2017.

How can I get my package to be sent back to my home? Is that possible for me to get it back by next Friday, 22 Sept? I double-checked my address in Madrid and it's the correct address.

the parcel LX400776775CN was returned to China, you can not get it redirect to your home anymore. the only thing you can do is to open dispute to seller and claim refund.

the parcel left china for Europe on Sep 8. it should arrive before end of Sep.
