What does that means? Where is my parcel. Here in Germany I can't find it. The track says that it is delivered but thats not me.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel was delivered to RAID BEN HOURIA by German Post(DHL) on Sep 16. If you did not get the goods, you need contact your local post office and inquiry delivery detail. If the receiver is not you, you should open dispute to seller for refund.

Thanks for the quick answer but where do you see that dhl has the parcel got? No the person is not me. So I must contact dhl
