Hello,

my parcel (track number LM478955845CN) is supposed to be delivered but the parcel is missing.

Where can I fulfill a claim ?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was delivered by France Post on Jul 17. If you did not get your parcel, you need contact your local post office(la poste) and see what is wrong about the delivery.
