1. The last tracking of your parcel is this:
2016-11-21 00: 00: 00.0 00:01:00 Guangzhou leaves the processing center and sends it to USORDF

USORDF = ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS)

2. Parcel to USA can take from 15 to 35 days and sometimes more to be deliver. Right now it's the busiest time of the year for all Post Office in the World, so mail is definitely slow.

it's supposed to arrive to romania though not USA

you should open dispute to seller for fake shipment number.
