I think my package was sent to an inaccurate address in San Francisco and might be stuck at USPS or on its way back to China. What is the best way to get it sent to my actual address?

Call USPS and see if they can forward the parcel to you. If USPS can not help you, you can not get the parcel anymore. You need open dispute to seller for lost parcel.
