Hi all,
I ordered one item on ebay (tracking number n°CP327508979CN) and other on alibaba (tracking number n°CP310565795CN).
Both appear as export from China to France more than a month but I still have nothing (and the tracking numbers are unknown by the french post). I'm really afraid that my parcels will be lost.
Can you help me ?

Check time arrival out there: http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php
Your parcel is still is this time frame but why don't you contact the selle/sender so she/he call China Post and ask about your parcel status cause its tracking record is very poor so you do not even know if the parcel left China?

i'd pay and we agreed for 1 month with the sellers...

This is China Post registered surface mail. Normally it is much slower than airmail and might take up to 6 months to arrive.

2. As you can see it's saying Might take. If your parcel is taking a ship to France it might take up to 6 months. But most of the time if a parcel is only a few pounds then when it depart from China it's going with an Aircraft to the country of destination.

3. If seller told you one month, then you should contact seller.

As I said, I've already contacted the seller several times and they always tell me "it is in transit" but i think they don't really know where are the parcels
For your information, the items was ordered on july 4th so the time limit has already been exceeded when I posted this request

1. What time limit the seller or China Post. If seller, that is between you and the seller. For China post, your parcel is China Post registered surface mail and can take up to 6 months to arrive.
