I dont understand what happen . Can you tell me if the item is on the air? Or its going back to the seller?
i ship this since 18 Mar, 2019 from Ebay from china seller .
The destination is : Greece .
I should ask for refund?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LL055636202CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to Greece on Mar 23.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Greece Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Athens, Greece). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until Greece Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Greece Post website will show its new status with Greece location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
