http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LF513265186CN shows the parcel is looping in sent to airline status. Normally this means the parcel has problem to catch flight. I suggest you wait 2 more weeks, if you can not get the goods by end of of Jun or status does not change, you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for non-arrival order.
