Hello ,
I really need your help . I want to check if my package with tracking Id LZ475510428CN got lost or it will arrive soon . it's been two months that's stuck with this status 2018-06-21 22:39:08 left Guangzhou going to Guangzhou EMS Corp . I need this information to purchase a refund from the buyer .

LZ475510428CN is epacket which should arrive France in 4 weeks.

If your parcel was shipped in Jun but never arrive, it must be lost.

you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress/amazon for non-arrival parcel refund.
