A new enquiry...any record of LM542830254CN?

I see some Chinese characters stating "Not properly cast" for 6th February but no other details.

An old enquiry...are you sure about RZ348123395GB? Royal Mail says it was accepted in Beijing on 20th January.

Anything in the internal systems, please?

LM542830254CN arrived UK on Feb 6 but failed delivery. Not sure failure reason. You can contact your local Royal Mail office for delivery detail.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RZ348123395GB was delivered on Feb 20 by China Post office in Guangzhou.

Hi, got another one. This one seems to be a little bit complicated.

The tracking number is RU736831358GB. Royal Mail's tracking suggests that a delivery was attempted but not delivered. The recipient has been asked to contact 'customer care' on 28th January.

China Post's tracking suggests it arrived at a dept. centre on 29th January.The accompanying Chinese characters suggests 'manholes'.

I don't know where the item was going but I assume it may be at a Chinese sorting office. If it is, may I take the hotline number so I can advise my customer as to what number the recipient should phone?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RU736831358GB shows your parcel arrived destination post office in 沙井 on Jan 29. It has never been delivered since then.

Normally this means your parcel address is not deliverable. You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel from local post office.

Cool. Have told them and I hope they get their item.

Another one but this one is coming from China to the UK and I cannot see anything in China Post's tracking. The tracking number is LM563815487CN.

Royal Mail tracking suggests it is on the way to the UK since 31st January with "Accepted at Outward Mail Centre" but no other detail.

I have a claim from someone that their item has been delivered to the wrong address in the UK.

The recipient has tried to get in contact with the sender in China but they aren't responding but the sender seems to claim that it was going to the correct address in the UK though.

I'm suggesting for the recipient to put in a claim for denial of receipt.

The reference number is LM518930929CN. China Post suggests it has been delivered.

Royal Mail suggests it has gone to E2 9AH. The actual postcode is E2 0SB.

Please advise as to what the recipient should do. Advise the recipient to put in a denial of receipt with Royal Mail? Should the recipient still try to get in contact with the sender so they start a claim with China Post instead?

you can open dispute to paypal/aliexpress and tell them that the delivery post code does not match your order post code. I believe you can get the refund.

Hello...got another one but this is a little bit more tricky as it is International Signed.

This one has the tracking number RU639706351GB.

Very sketchy details as to where it is supposed to be going such as Qingdao 266100 by the Post Office clerk but nothing else.

Royal Mail says it left for China on the 26th February but after that, it is very difficult to find anything else because it is International Signed. The only tracking point in China is when the recipient signs for the item.

Any advice you can give to me or to the sender? I fear I my have to tell them to put in a claim for loss of the item.

china post has no record of RU639706351GB, normally this means it never arrived china.

Ok. Anything about RH080505212GB? The last detail I see on China Post is that it was in Guangzhou City post department centre since 11th March.

Has it been delivered to the recipient?
