Does China Post have their own two letters/nine numbers/two letters tracking number system?

Am trying to locate an item that was sent by Royal Mail to China that had the code RN533009292GB but the person in China was told that unless they had the code that it was changed to when it arrived in China then they could not collect it.

Please advise.

RN533009292GB has not arrived China yet. If RN533009292GB arrives China, you can use this Royal Mail tracking number to track arrival information in China Post tracking system http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php

I do apologise...that code is not applicable for China Post & is a completely different item to the one I actually meant. Sorry

The actual code is RZ299730913GB. It apparently arrived at the Shanghai Express centre on the 6th February but the same scenario applies.

The recipient in China has been told to get the Chinese two letters/nine numbers/two letters code but as far as Royal Mail are concerned, they do NOT know anything as to what has happened since the 6th February.

RZ299730913GB is in China Post Shanghai office. You need ask recipient call China Post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel. He can use RZ299730913GB as reference number(china post has its record), no need use another China post tracking number.

I have a new item from the UK to China with the tracking number LM539867943CN.

China Post tracking says it left Guangzhou City to LAL on 27th January?

Royal Mail sent the item back to a Chinese company on 26th January but is it bring returned immediately back to the UK?

Any idea as to where the item is since 27th January?

I have a third item with the tracking number RZ348123395GB.

There is a suggestion that it has been delivered to Guangzhou City on the 20th February but if so, this detail has not been passed on to Royal Mail.

If it has been delivered, can there be proof of delivery given to Royal Mail, please?

I do apologise for the excessive enquiries but if I can't see it in the tracking then I will ask.

I have another enquiry about an item with tracking number RZ545794349GB that has seemingly cleared customs on 25th February but there are no details after that.

Any information as to where it is, please?

the parcel RZ545794349GB is still in China customs not released yet. You can ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and see if he can pickup the parcel from china customs.

Any idea about the RZ348123395GB and LM539867943CN items though, please?

RZ348123395GB has no record in china post system. It has not arrived China yet.

LM539867943CN was shipped on Jan 27. it is still on the way to UK. you might need wait one or two more weeks.
