My seller claims he sent a new item to me because previous probably got lost/not arrived in two months but the tracking info I got only says "electronic data received". Which indicates it was not brought to post office yet.

BUT Seller claims he shipped via Hong Kong mail already and brought it to post office same day, but I think tracking number belogns to China mail, not HK! Am I right? Besides HK post tracking says: not found!

I smell a fraud, can anyone check?

seller is a cheater. you should contact paypal/aliexpress for refund.
