could you tell me if this tracking number is valid? RI226478725CN

The seller says that He sent it on 14th november and in the tracking web only shows "Parcel not received"

RI226478725CN is fake number. seller did not ship it yet.

I have just ordered an item from Aliexpress and I cannot track it, please could you let me know if the Tracking number is a real or a fake?

The tracking number is: RG101731225CN
