Hello, I'm not sure how to interpret the tracking status for my parcel, it's it on route or stuck? I couldn't upload a screen shot of the details, but here is the tracking number: LX296354334CN

LX296354334CN was just shipped from Shanghai to UK, you should get it in 10 to 20 days.
