Tracking number EV827398472CN has not updated in over 10 working days - it was posted 22nd September, and 10 working days have now elapsed, and it's not moved beyond "Left Shanghai for Heathrow"....

Any clues? :)

EV827398472CN is delayed in Shanghai. China National holiday might be the reason. You need wait one more week to see new status.

You can not do anything, have to wait until your protection time will be over soon.
If you still do not get the item, you can open depute and ask to refund money.

My item was sent 22 September and I did not get it, so after I opened depute last week, because my time will be over soon. They refund money back to me today and the parcel just arrived today too. So I have to pay back seller again. It was Chinese holidays together with high season. That's the reason
