Post Intermediary partner for shipments to France?

Hi, I had an issue with my package shipped from China to France and I need to place a special request to get money back from the French side.
They tell me that my tracking number (CP334388361CN) is matching with a profesionnal account in their system, so it means that there must be an intermediary used by China Post when they ship to France... (between China Post and French Post).
I need to contact them, would any one know which company is used by China Post as partner when they ship to France, and what is their contact?

China Post's partner is France Post(La Poste) . China Post parcel to France is delivered by La Poste.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows France Post failed delivery for CP334388361CN and then returned the parcel to China in July.

If you are a buyer and want to get refund for non-arrival order, the best way is to open dispute to ebay/aliexpress/paypal/amazon etc which you paid money to.

Hi, thank you for your reply.
I ask talking to La Poste and they told me that there should be a 3rd party between China Post and La Poste... I sent my package in a China Post in Shanghai, then as you said the delivery failed because of La Poste, so I want to get a refund. But they tell me that my tracking number is matching a professional account, which I have no idea about... So I need to open a dispute to China Post? Or there is another third party?

I assume you are a buyer(receiver), but actually you are the shipper. La Poste gave you wrong information. There is no so called 3rd party between China Post and La poste. China Post put all France mails into a container, then give it to airline and airline will give this container to France.

The parcel was returned to the original china post office where you shipped the parcel. If you are in China, you need call china post 11183 and try to pickup the parcel after arrival. No refund will be given to you.

If the parcel was returned to China and none pickup the parcel after free storage deadline, it will be discarded.

Hi,
Thanks a lot, you are right I'm the receiver and the shipper in the same time. Actually I already got the parcel pick-up and resent by a friend, so this is all OK now.
What I wanted is to get a refund from La Poste in France... would you know which airline is in charge of the transit? Maybe this is the so-called third party they were talking about?

I don't think you can get refund for La Poste. It is just waste time to try get refund from them.
