Post Inquiry on parcel status - returning to Belgium

Tracking: RF026162907BE

My parcel was sent on April 12th from Belgium to GuangDong area in China.
Apparently the package passed customs in Bejing on 19/20 April.
The next status - also on 20 April - says the package is cleared for "Export" (?!?!?).
And now it seems the package is back with Belgium customs.
As I sent already a parcel to the same address with the same content in the past, I don't understand what is going on.
Can you give information, why the parcel is sent back?
Can it be the status is incorrect?

the parcel was returned to Belgium on April 20 and now it is in Brussels. China Post does not record returning reason into database. Instead the reason normally will be hand written in the parcel. You can check the label after you get your returned parcel from Belgium Post.
