Hello, I sent a package for the exchange back to China. But it never seems to have arrived there. Therefore I ask for a contact number or email to ask what happened to my package.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows no record of this number. It has not entered into China Post system. You should contact german post and require investigation.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows CK063601678DE arrived Shenzhen but was rejected. Not sure the reason. You should contact Germany Post and file investigation.
