http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel EA133374683CN was returned by Xiamen customs. Not sure if this is a mistake. You can wait another 5 to 10 days and see if you can get it in UK. If not, open dispute to seller for refund.

China post has relied that this item has already arrived in Coventry (Exchange office of Import). However, the Royal Mail said that they haven't received this mail. Is there any possibility that it could be lost. Thanks for your help!
